Western Visayas

Western Visayas one of the regions of the Philippines, is designated as Region VI. It consists of five provinces, namely, Aklan, Antique, Negros Occidental, Capiz, Guimaras and Iloilo. The region demarcates the territory occupied by the native speakers of Ilonggo. Iloilo City is the administrative center of the region.
