Vermeer Quartet

The Vermeer Quartet is a string quartet founded in 1969 at the Marlboro Festival in Vermont.

Its members are:

Shmuel Ashkenasi, violin
Mathias Tacke, violin
Richard Young, viola
Marc Johnson, cello
