Tran Van Huong
General Tran Van Huong was born in 1902-(d.1982) in Vietnam. He served as Vice-President of Republic of Vietnam under President Nguyen Van Thieu.
On April 21, 1975, President Nguyen Van Thieu resigned and handed over power to Vice-President Tran Van Huong. President Tran Van Huong prepared for peace talks with North Vietnam but when his meeting failed he handed over power to General Duong Van Minh.
