Tom Cora

Tom Cora (1953 - 1998) was a cellist active in jazz and free improvisation.

He recorded with The Ex, Butch Morris and John Zorn, was a member of Curlew (group), Third Person and Skeleton Crew.

After Cora's death, Zorn compiled Hallelujah, Anyway - Remembering Tom Cora on Tzadik Records. The two cd set features recordings by Cora, the various groups he recorded with, and new recordings of Cora's compositions.
