Mandaue City

   

Mandaue City is a city in the province of Cebu in the Philippines. The city is one of the two highly urbanized cities in Cebu with the provincial capital Cebu City as the other one. The two cities are right next to each other and form the core of the Metropolitan Cebu area.

Mandaue lies right across Mactan Island where the Lapu-Lapu City is located, which is the site of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the country's second busiest airport. Mandaue is connected to Mactan Island via the Mactan-Cebu Bridge and the Marcelo Fernan Bridge which are the only two routes between the airport and Cebu City.
