John Collins (delegate)
John Collins (June 8, 1717 – March 4, 1795) was an American statesman from Newport, Rhode Island. He was a delegate to the Continental Congress in 1778-1780 and 1782-1783. He served as Governor of Rhode Island from 1786 to 1790.
