Iberian language

   

Linguistic group associated to Iberian civilization (7th Century BC - 1st Century BC), formed in the eastern and south-eastern regions of Iberian peninsula. It adopted a script based in Phoenician sillabarium. These languages became extinct by 1st and 2nd Centuries AD, replaced by Latin.
