Hreidmar
In Norse mythology, Hreidmar was the avaricious king of the dwarf folk, who captured three gods with his unbreakable chains. He was father of Otter, Fafnir and Regin. He owned a house of glittering gold and flashing gems built by Regin and guarded by Fafnir. Otter was accidentally killed by the Aesir, who repayed Hreidmar with Andvari's cursed gold. Fafnir and Regin killed Hreidmar for the gold. Fafnir decided he wanted all the gold for himself, so he turned into a dragon and drove Regin away.
