The Gulf of Riga (or Bay of Riga, Latvian Rīgas jūras līcis, Estonian Liivi Laht) is a bay of the Baltic Sea between Latvia and Estonia.

The area of the Gulf of Riga is about 18,000 square km. The maximum depth is 54 m. The Saaremaa island partially separates it from the rest of the Baltic sea. Notable cities in this gulf include Riga and Pärnu. The main rivers falling into gulf are Daugava, Lielupe and Gauja.
