Beethoven's Last Night is a concept album by Trans-Siberian Orchestra. It was released in 2000.
Story
Late one night in spring 1827 (presumably March 26, the night he died) Ludwig von Beethoven has completed his masterpiece - his tenth symphony (which in reality, was never completed).
Just as he finishes it, Mephistopheles arrives to claim his soul. He offers Beethoven a deal. Mephistopheles offers Beethoven his soul, but in return all of Beethoven's work will be wiped from the memory of man.
